OnTimeData provides AI-powered lead engagement and related software and services. Any services we perform for you may be governed by a separate order form, subscription agreement, or statement of work, which controls in the event of a conflict with these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of any business you represent to use the Site.

3. Inquiries & Demos

You may submit inquiries or request a demo through the Site. Please provide accurate information. Submitting a request does not create a binding agreement to provide services until we mutually agree in writing.

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, introducing malicious code, scraping without permission, or using it in violation of any law.

The Site relies on and links to third-party services (such as our forms/CRM and hosting providers). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or availability of third-party services.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any particular business result will be achieved.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnTimeData and its members and personnel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed USD $100.

You agree to indemnify and hold OnTimeData harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

OnTimeData LLC is organized under the laws of the State of Delaware. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
